Our Facilities

Cottage On Kent has everything you could need for your time away plus some thoughtful additions to make your beachside holiday incredible.

Inside has a 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen alongside a cozy living room and fireplace making you feel at home even when you’re away from yours.

Outside you'll be greeted by the refreshing outdoor shower and bath under fairy lights whilst being surrounded by lush gardens. As the evening sets in, gather around the fire pit and enjoy time with friends and family.

Firepit

The backyard features a fully equipped Yagoona fire pit that can be used as an open-air teppanyaki-style barbecue. Enjoy this cozy fire pit area safely as you settle in for an evening of delicious food and company around the crackling flames.

Outdoor Bathroom

The outdoor bathroom offers both a bathtub and shower with a shower seat, allowing you to soak in the sun's rays while watching the birds and butterflies in the garden. The bathtub tray provides a convenient spot to rest your drinks or devices as you unwind.

Garden

The garden is meticulously planted and maintained with an array of herbs, seasonal fruits, flowers, and vegetables. As a guest, you're welcome to harvest the garden during your stay. We also have a full house water filtration system that removes all heavy metals from the water used throughout the premises.

Veranda

The veranda features a dining and lounging area that can accommodate up to 6 people. Listen to the water feature throughout the day and as the evening sets in turn on the twinkling fairy lights strung overhead. Of course, no veranda would be complete without a BBQ grill.

Hamptons Kitchen

The Hamptons style kitchen is fitted with high quality appliances, including a gas cooktop, electric oven, and slow cooker along with everything else you could need. The dining area can accommodate 4-6 people, depending on your needs.

Bedrooms

The cottage features two air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a queen sized bed and high quality bedding. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a fully functional electric disability bed that can adjust its height, provide zero-gravity positioning, and offer massage capabilities.

Lounge room

The cottage provides everything you need for those cozy days at home. High speed Wi-Fi and an Oleg entertainment system cater to your digital needs and binge watching. Sink into the plush couch and enjoy the ambiance, electric fireplace, soft blankets, adjustable lighting and relaxing music with a voice command.

Off-street Parking

The designated car spot offers a generous with plenty of clearance on all sides to open doors, load or unload items, and navigate around the car with ease. The carport overhead shelters the parking space, shielding the vehicle from the elements and creating a covered, protected area.
